The Chief Executive Officer is directly in charge of a wide range of departments: Marketing and Communications, Secretariat (its subdivision responsible for the organizational support of the Bank’s collegial bodies and the Bidding Commission), the Ombudsman Service (a team that analyzes and resolves disputes with clients and mediates in non-standard situations), the Internal Audit and Security Services, and, of course, the relatively new Agile Transformation team.
